These are informal and conversational workshops for girls to help them navigate their body changes and developing sexuality amidst mixed messages, anxiety and confusion. These sessions are designed to be a safe place to get the right information and ask questions without judgment.

4. Book Club

5. One on One Consultations
I am available to have conversations over the phone, FaceTime or in-person when you need someone to talk to about your child’s body changes and sexual development. These appointments focus on non-judgmental listening and sound advice.
